Full Exterior Refacing
We transformed this home’s exterior with a full refacing using premium 24-gauge metal siding in the striking Gunnison Wave style. This upgrade doesn't just offer a unique, contemporary aesthetic—it provides peace of mind. Engineered to meet the latest WUI (Wildland-Urban Interface) fire rating standards, this project blends architectural flair with industry-leading safety.
Structual Deck Replacement
Quality and longevity were the priorities for this project. After removing an unsafe, aging deck, our team engineered a 480 square-foot cedar masterpiece. Every joint and beam reflects our commitment to detailed craftsmanship and structural integrity. To complete the "dream" look, we replaced the old patio entrance with high-end French doors, perfectly positioned to overlook the water slough.
Complete Basement Refresh
We breathed new life into this 25-year-old basement, transforming it from a dated storage area into a vibrant extension of the home. By replacing decades-old carpet with premium, plush flooring and applying a fresh, modern color palette to the walls and trim, we created an inviting atmosphere. This refreshed layout now serves as a versatile hub, featuring a dedicated office workspace, a cozy guest suite, and a spacious living room designed for family gatherings.
Personal Spa Sanctuary
We transformed a corner of this backyard into a private wellness retreat. The project began with a precision-poured 10 x 10 foot concrete foundation to provide a perfectly level base for a custom barrel sauna. Our team then constructed the airtight sauna unit and coordinated the electrical integration from the main house. Completed just in time for the winter season, this sanctuary offers a high-end spa experience right at home.
